Carol Burdelik previously a corporate sales representative for major corporations moved from Chicago, Illinois to Tierra Verde, Florida with her husband and a Labrador retriever back in 1997.  They took that leap of faith quitting their jobs and selling their house to live their dream.

 

With no regrets, they still enjoy waking up to the beautiful waterviews and white sandy beaches with swaying palm trees.  They have lived most recently in the Bradenton area since 2001 and enjoy the boating lifestyle in their community.

 

As a Florida resident for the past 25 years and doing real estate investing, she and her husband have watched the area grow and develop to what it is today.  They’ve gotten to know the places to see and activities to enjoy.

 

With her knowledge, especially with waterfront properties, she is happy to guide her clients to their future dream home.  There is a lot to learn about the Florida lifestyle and it can be a big decision of where to live due to the diversity our beautiful state.
